We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of hands on development experience in distributed technologies (preferably C#.Net) with understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative development.At least 4 years of hands on experience using TFS or JIRAAt least 2 years of experience as working as Scrum Master along with the following: CSM (Certified Scrum Master) CertifiedFamiliarity with common Agile practices especially SCRUM, service-oriented environments and better development practicesHave in-depth knowledge of SCRUM and be able to ensure Agile/SCRUM concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and make the tough callsAbility to make Agile work in distributed environmentsFacilitate discussions and facilitate alternatives or different approachesLead a team to self-organizationAbility to Build cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrive at an optimal solution keeping in mind multiple stakeholdersUnderstand backlog tracking, Burndown metrics, velocity, and task definitionsAbility to facilitate Quick decisions on deadlocksGood knowledge of at least one code review (like Resharper, SONAR) and test automation (like VS Unit Test Framework, Nunit) tool(s).Good knowledge of quality metrics, code coverage and tools for the same.Good exposure to design methodologies (Eg: OOAD, Design Patterns) to translate high level architectural solutions to detailed designExperience in Capital Markets domain, Options and Investment Management domain (Equity Trading).At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentStrong analytical, logical skills and team leading skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
