Job Summary: CMTA, a Legence company, is looking for an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to help in our Energy Solutions offices in the following regions:
The Energy Solutions division of CMTA is the fastest growing division of our large and growing company. The successful candidate is typically a self-motivated individual that thrives on helping clients and has the technical background to be involved and lead all phases of our work. Although this position is for the performance contracting division of our company, we have found that engineers with strong backgrounds in HVAC design and commissioning can easily make the transition to become an energy engineer within our Energy Solutions group.
The Mechanical Engineer supports all aspects of performance contracts for our clients, from conception to completion, and helps throughout all phases. In addition to technical skills, this role plays a key part in developing new opportunities, presenting to clients, and contributing to CMTA's outstanding culture. Base Salary Range: Fairfax VA, Baltimore MD, California and Boston, MA - $75,000 - $90,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
Base Salary Range: Richmond VA - $65,000 - $80,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
