Key Responsibilities:

• Book flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages for clients
• Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies
• Assist with itinerary planning, modifications, and special requests
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on travel promotions, industry trends, and requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
