Job Description

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track T&M tickets from the field.
• Manage field request authorizations.
• Issue change orders and maintain change order logs.
• Manage change order approvals.
• Issue and track purchase orders.
• Manage monthly administrative reports related to change orders, purchase orders, field request authorizations, and T&M tickets.
• Assist with iPad management, fielding requests, ordering, tracking.
• Assist with processing new contracts
• Procore administration, job set up/close out, adding employees, implementing new tools if necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience with Procore, Foundation, and Bluebeam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Organized and detail oriented.
