Appnovation is an award-winning team dedicated to inspiring possibilities.This role sits on a long-running engagement with one of our largest enterprise clients, a global pharmaceutical and life sciences organization, delivering AI-powered applications and service enhancements across a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:Run AI-powered delivery teams, where AI tooling is used across the development lifecycle, and set the working practices that keep quality and traceability highCoordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups, and communicate clear sprint goalsPartner with product owners and technology leaders to translate business requirements into work the development teams can execute, and handle backlog grooming and intake of new requestsWork closely with developers, architects, business analysts, UX designers and client representatives to shape the direction and approach of each initiativeOwn delivery of service enhancements end to end, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomesFacilitate internal communications and act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders in a regulated industryEstimate and track velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and assess issues and risks earlyMonitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvementCoach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams to higher levels of maturity in the context of AI-powered deliveryResolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams adopt change effectivelyEnsure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of every sprint and releaseIdentify and recommend process improvements in how we deliverHelp build a productive and enjoyable environment where team members own their products and solutionsJOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:Are you an experienced Agile project manager with a real passion for technology and a track record of running delivery teams in complex enterprise environments? As an Agile Project Manager with Appnovation, you'll manage multi-functional teams consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation solutions for our clients around the world, while championing the use of the latest AI tools in how we build.Must Haves:5+ years of Agile Project, Delivery or Product Management experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment, with a focus on running multiple concurrent Agile teamsBroad project management capability beyond the scrummaster responsibilities: scope, budget, resourcing, risk, client communication and commercial awarenessDemonstrable understanding of how AI technology is used within software development, and a point of view on how it is changing the way applications get builtExperience introducing or supporting the adoption of AI tooling within a delivery team, and the ability to describe it concretely: what was used, how the team's way of working changed, and how quality and review were handledExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)A solid understanding of, or hands-on experience with, software development, including mobile, web or multi-tech platform implementationWorking experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS OfficeStrong English language communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organizationExceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, given global business teams across multiple time zonesNice To Haves:Sustained experience running AI-powered delivery teams, or delivering AI or LLM-based product featuresExperience with AI-native delivery and understanding how AI agents can be used to enhance a delivery workflowGood knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.)A recognised Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Product Owner or PMI-ACPBusiness analysis and requirements management experienceExposure to enterprise clients in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, financial services) is an assetWHO YOU ARE:First and foremost, passionate about new technology and AI, excellent with clients, and widely recognized for the depth of your project management skillsComfortable working with clients and discussing both technical and business requirementsAble to establish strong working relationships with team members, set roles and responsibilities, provide direction and foster effective team skills to get work delivered on timeAble to estimate project costs, set deadlines, and manage teams of professionals to meet themAble to run multiple simultaneous projects with minimal supervision, and prioritize incoming work appropriatelyAble and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environmentInterested in directly influencing the continued growth of AppnovationThank you for your interest in a career with Appnovation Technologies!
